1. Return Period
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use;
- Include the original packaging and all accessories;
- Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Eligible Products
Returns are not accepted for products that:
- Are damaged due to misuse;
- Are customized or made-to-order;
- Are on sale or clearance, unless defective.
4. Return Process
- Send an email to contact@domanistore.site with:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm approval of the return.
5. Refund
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.
- The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
6. Exchange
If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or model, the process is the same as for returns. Any price difference will be adjusted in the payment or refund.
